SAFE Bohol’ also safe tourism

The enhanced vigilance advocacy termed the “SAFE Bohol: Boholano Bayanihan” also means safe tourism, according to Provincial Administrator Alfonso Damalerio II.

Damalerio said in Panglao, there is a common designated point of departure and return for boats carrying tourists to Balicasag island and other nearby spots.

The Coast Guard checks every leaving boat and record vital information like, among others, the boat owner’s identity and number of crew and passengers, who should all be accounted for when they return.

Even the estimated duration of the boat and its island-hopping passengers from departure to return to mainland Panglao is monitored.

There are also boats bringing tourists who hop from Oslob, a marine adventure destination in Cebu, to Panglao.

For sustainable peace and development, the SAFE means
“Security Always For Everyone.”

It is inspired by the Boholano unity, collaboration, resilience and heroism against terrorism last year.

  1. I am curious to find out what blog system you happen to be working with? I’m experiencing some minor security issues with my latest site and I would like to find something more risk-free. Do you have any suggestions?
