CHATTO INSPIRES GRADUATES OF YOUTH SUMMIT Shares own experience
Gov. Edgar Chatto congratulates graduates of the 2nd Youth Leadership Summit. The governor told youth from BISU, UB, BIT-IC, PMI, HNU, and Cristal-e College that he feels it is his duty to inspire the younger generation, owing to his own active involvement during his youthful days that paved way towards his leadership roles.
The governor believes no single person can claim monopoly of good ideas. The youth sector has an important role in nation building, and in becoming leaders in the community and so it is important to listen to what the youth is saying, he said.
The end goal of course is active youth involvement in communities, barangays, towns, and in schools towards the realization of the dream for Bohol’s development, he added.
86 graduated from the leadership seminar which discussed issues on human rights, criminality, and drug addiction.
